But just how many are a definite: problem-solver, game-changer, frontrunner in the market?
Be innovative, and also tales to back it. The interviewer shall want to know why somebody believes you may be one of these brilliant things.
Focus in it: You need to provide characteristics which make you seem like the go-to man or gal anywhere you work.
Perhaps the standard responses can be used a step further to become more valuable:
- Yes, they need difficult employees, but likely thats commonplace at their office. Perchance you work tirelessly, but also assist others work less hours (by helping them do their work better or making their jobs easier).
- Good communicators are every-where.
